Ricardo Sanchez, former senior US military commander in Iraq, repeatedly covered up the fact that woman soldiers were dying of dehydration because they weren’t drinking water in the evenings. The reason? They didn’t want to have to go to the latrines at night because male soldiers were raping them there.

My opinion is this should be only applicable to victims of sexual assault.
