Women’s Space/The Margins: Female Soldiers Die of Dehydration Trying To Avoid Rape. Col. Janis Karpinski testified that Lt. Gen. Ricardo Sanchez, former senior US military commander in Iraq, repeatedly covered up the fact that woman soldiers were dying of dehydration because they weren’t drinking water in the evenings. Via NY Times. People infected with the virus that causes AIDS may sue the sexual partner who transmitted the virus to them even if the partner did not do so knowingly, the California Supreme Court ruled yesterday. While this is something that is beneficial for rape victims, I do not know how this would work for a consenting adult unsure of their status? What kind of world leader would you be?
I scored a 60. This score means: "You would make a very human President. This essentially means that you wouldn't completely abuse your personal and political power, but you wouldn't be a wide-eyed innocent either. In certain situations, you would use your clout in unethical or questionable ways, and would take risks that could you get you in serious hot water. At other times, you would do the right thing and choose to hold back for the sake of your reputation or moral obligation as a role model. All in all, it's safe to say that you would be quite President-like indeed!" Hhmm, not sure if this report is a good thing...
