Timeline of EC in Mother Jones

Mother Jones released a timeline, Over-the-Counter Insurgency, which provides links to articles from February 1997 -- when FDA approved the first emergency contraception regimen -- to the present, including FDA's "surprise move" on Monday to reconsider an application from Barr Laboratories to allow nonprescription sales of its emergency contraceptive Plan B to women ages 16 and older, as well as the Plan B-related issues surrounding the confirmation hearings of acting FDA Commissioner Andrew von Eschenbach.
