Marriage Amendment Law Causes Womans Murder

Alicia Sears is dead, murdered by her ex-boyfriend. Alicia was denied access to the normal domestic violence protections due to the Defence of Marriage law in Ohio where she lived.

I said this would happen. These marriage amendements, like the one enacted in South Dakota, although aimed at denying gays the right to marry, strip the domestic violence protection rights of non-married women who face abuse or death at the hands of boyfriends or those they live with. It can and will happen. It has happened. And it will keep happening if these Christian Taliban Robots continue to push their ideology onto the citizens of this country. There is blood on the hands of these so-called Christians.

Wake up people. There are consequences to amendments like these. And Alicia payed for it with her life.
