Wisconsin's Compassionate Care for Rape Victims

The U.S. Supreme Court's reckless decision this week dealt an alarming blow to women’s health and opened the door for additional attacks on women's health in our state Legislature. We must act now to protect women's health.

On April 25th, we have an opportunity to support pro-active legislation that will protect women's health and need your help.

The Compassionate Care for Rape Victims Act protects women's health and the rights of rape victims by ensuring comprehensive and compassionate medical care. Compassionate Care for Rape Victims requires Wisconsin emergency rooms to provide all rape victims with information on and access to emergency contraception to prevent pregnancy after an assault.

Take Action to Support Compassionate Care for Rape Victims:
- Attend the hearing on April 25th
- Contact your legislators and ask them to support this bill
- Sign the Compassionate Care for Rape Victims petition
- Forward this email to friends and family!
