A Case of Simple Rape

A girl drinks a glass of wine at a local bar.
Unbeknownst to her, a man watches her and decides he is going to have sex with her before the night is through.
She pay for her drink and heads to her car.
He follows.
As she attempts to get in her car, he forces himself inside.
She is forced to drive to a vacant lot.
He tell her to get out of the car.
He forces her to take off her clothes by telling her he is going to kill her if she doesn't do what he tells her to do.
He rapes her, repeatedly.
He slaps her, spits on her, calls her a whore and tells her she likes it.
He leaves her naked and bleeding.

"Ma'am, according to this checklist...Bill Napoli says you were only involved in a simple rape."
"But doctor, I'm pregnant."
"Sorry, Ma'am, you don't fit into the Sodomized Virgin exception for an abortion."

South Dakota Senator Bill Napoli told the Rapid City Journal on May 6th: "If I, as a legislator, can make life better, really help somebody, that's a wonderful feeling."
