You're fired!

A teacher who was fired from a Catholic school for being pro-choice lost a court case today.

Ursuline Academy in Wilmington fired her Jan. 27, 2003, a week after she signed her name to a newspaper advertisement celebrating the 30th anniversary of the Roe v. Wade Supreme Court decision legalizing abortion.
